Issuance of 7,322 commercial records in the activity of restaurants and cafes during 2021

During the current year, the Ministry of Commerce issued 7,322 commercial records in the activities of restaurants and cafes, at a time when the Saudi market is witnessing a significant recovery in sector investments in conjunction with the launch of the Kingdom's seasons.

She told Al-Eqtisadiah and the Ministry of Commerce that the share of restaurants in commercial records amounted to 5,302 records, while cafes (coffee shops) acquired 2020 commercial records. The Riyadh region topped the list of regions that issued the most records for restaurants and cafes, followed by the Makkah region, then the Eastern region.
