Saudi Arabia’s food consumption will grow by 7.3 percent this year, to SAR 224.5 billion and is projected to reach to SAR 259.4 billion in 2018. Furthermore, Capital spending in the food sector expands further, while the value of casual dining sector will increase at a growth rate of 3 percent annually, all due to the fast growing population in Saudi Arabia.
