Saudi Arabia Leads The Way For Hotels Under Construction
According to the latest report issued by STR, the June Pipeline Report highlighted that 154,576 rooms in 550 hotels are under contract in the Middle East.
The report also indicated that Saudi Arabia is leading the way for hotels under construction, with more than 35,000 being.
Saudi Arabia is investing in its tourism industry as part of plans to diversify its economy away from oil, currently has a total of 35,770 hotel rooms under construction in 81 hotels.
